Preliminary designs are quick mockups intended to communicate the general concept; the final design may differ slightly in dimensions, layout, details, or construction to ensure proper fit, strength, printability, and overall product quality. Colors, finishes, and minor details may also differ from the final product.
- Each item is custom designed and manufactured with care. Due to the nature of 3D printing, small layer lines, surface variations, or minor blemishes may occur and are considered normal.
- PLA and PLA+ products are intended primarily for indoor use. Extended exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture, or outdoor conditions may cause fading, warping, or UV degradation.
- All designs, models, and related files remain the intellectual property of JPInnovations. Design files are not included with purchase and will not be distributed.
- Because each item is custom made to the customer’s specifications, all sales are final. Please review all quoted details—including dimensions, colors, text, and requested features—before approving your order.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details, please contact JPInnovations within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, work toward a reasonable resolution at our discretion.
- Quotes are valid for 15 days and may be revised if material costs, design requirements, or requested changes change before final approval.
- Changes requested after design approval or production begins may result in additional charges and/or a revised delivery timeline.
- Estimated completion dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production times may vary based on order complexity, material availability, and current workload.
Pricing
- Your complete pricing breakdown and final order total will be shown on the order page before you approve and pay.
- Design work is a one-time fee. If additional products are desired, only product cost will increase.
